Project Room

The project room is designed to accommodate high output teams. Seven can be seated at the conference table and then by adding individual breakout stations there is a cohesive space where multiple contributors can work both separately and together. $35/hour

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is a large, professionally equipped conference space and can readily accomodate 14-20 people.  $50/hour

Office

The offices are available at a rate of $100/day or $25/hour.  Add $50/person for additional occupants present for more than four hours.  

Phone Room

The phone room is perfect accommodation for one person to have a video call, focus time, or to take controlled environment online tests. It is a 6'x6' room with a door, desk and chair and would not be appropriate for more than one person. $15/hour or $75/day
